As we finish up our conversation we did disagree on one thing. Carrie says a few times that she's, "an ordinary girl with an extraordinary story." And, quite frankly, I disagree.

There's nothing ordinary about her—the strength she possesses mentally, physically and emotionally, or the life she's lived to this point, is remarkable. No, if anything, she's an extraordinary woman with an extraordinary story. One that Lifetime is lucky to be a part of as we continue to play a part not only in her story, but in her well-being. But keep doing your thing, Carrie. You're an inspiration to not only your daughter, Ava, but to thousands of Lifetime members all around the world.
